Abstract
1st clinical case
On July 12, 2019, a 3-year-old boy patient entered our clinic with a complaint of high fever, sore throat and weakness.During the anamnesis, it was found that according to the mother, for almost a year at the beginning of each month, the child presented to the pediatrician doctor with these complaints and received various treatments under different diagnoses (ARD, acute tonsillitis, hyperthermic syndrome).
Diagnosis
The patient was examined in detail, at the examination:
The skin and mucous membranes are pale and clean.
Yawning is hyperemic, palpation revealed cervical LAP. Lymph nodes on the neck USN grew to 1.5-2 sm in size.
HSM is not detected on percussion, the abdomen is soft and painless on palpation!
No pathology is detected by the urinary system.
Neurological status is normal with age.
The temperature was found to be 38 C.
On laboratory examination: elevated neutrophils, CRP and other acute phase reactants in the blood.
